Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Our squishies ship from our partner warehouse overseas, so delivery can occasionally take longer during holidays or busy seasons.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.

Multiple items
If you order several squishies, they may arrive in separate packages.

Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at selinabusiness.official@gmail.com and we'll reship it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
