These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seli Squishy online store and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products – We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens. Squishies are toys for stress relief and play. They are not edible, may contain small parts, beads or gel filling, and are not suitable for children under 3. Please check the age guidance on each product page and supervise young children.

2. Prices and payment – All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or discounts at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.

3. Orders – We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds – Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

5. Reviews – Some product reviews come from buyers of the same product on our supplier's platform. These are labeled on the product page and are shown as written, with translations where needed.
